QR Attribution provides QR code generation, customization, and optional tracked link and analytics features. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content and destination URLs you create and distribute.
• You are responsible for validating scan behavior before publishing or printing.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity, including phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorized data collection.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (including but not limited to Clerk, Cloudflare, AWS, and Stripe). Availability and performance of those services are outside our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
